Most modern cars are fitted with air conditioning. It’s no longer the luxury it once was, and most us expect it to work without a second thought.

How does it work?

Inside the air conditioning system is a compressor which contains a refrigerant – this is the gas which needs refilling regularly. When the air conditioning system is switched on, the gas travels to a condenser. Car air con needs regular maintenance to ensure that it is functioning as efficiently.
